Return Policy

Online Purchase return policy:
You are welcome to return or exchange your order within 30 days of your purchase date. Items must be in original condition to be eligible for return or exchange (skeins must be in original condition [not wound into balls] and label must be intact). Please email info@rosiesyarncellar.com to notify us of the return or exchange. Please include your order number and instructions on what you would like us to do (return and refund, or what you would like to exchange for). We can only refund you in the manner in which you originally paid. You are responsible for postage payment on your incoming return or exchange and your outgoing exchange. If you received the wrong items by accident, please email info@rosiesyarncellar.com - we will correct the mistake as quickly as possible and free of charge.

Class cancellation policy:
Full refunds are given until 48 hours before the start of the first class session or workshop. Cancellations within 48 hours of class will be refunded 50% of the class fees.
